## Build a rental brief before you apply

Write down your target city, household, move date, housing type, registration need and total budget. Separate firm requirements from preferences. This gives you a stable basis for comparing homes when listings use different labels or include different costs.

2. Check the address, registration terms, furnishing and full cost at a viewing.
3. Prepare only the documents that match the stated application process.
